Changes in KAITA Group’s Management Team: Edita Gudauskienė Appointed as Head of Sales, Mantas Rimkus as Head of Finance
We would like to welcome Edita Gudauskienė and Mantas Rimkus to the KAITA Group. Edita has been appointed to lead the sales team at KAITA Development, a company renowned for its exceptional projects. She previously held the position of Head of Sales at real estate development company Omberg Group. Mantas Rimkus, who was previously CFO and Member of the Board at BOD GROUP, has joined KAITA Group as its new Head of Finance.
“Changes to our management team are a natural part of our growth strategy,” said Ugnius Latvys, CEO of KAITA Group.
“Over the past period, we have rebranded, relocated to our own co-working spaces, and implemented significant management changes. The results are already evident: our sales have grown significantly in the third quarter, and we are rapidly expanding internationally.”
“I am confident that today’s team, formed by the experience of both long-standing employees and new colleagues, will ensure further growth not only in Lithuania, but also abroad,” Ugnius Latvys said.
According to Edita Gudauskienė, KAITA Development’s new Head of Sales, the company’s growth potential was a major draw.
“Our rapidly changing reality, shaped by Western societal norms and the pace of modern life, demands that businesses be flexible and adaptable, and this applies equally to the housing and workspace market,” said Edita Gudauskienė.
“KAITA Group has chosen to create housing that meets the needs of its inhabitants, backed by science and designed to promote healthier, more comfortable, and happier living. This sustainable, visionary approach to real estate ensures that our projects will remain relevant for decades to come, setting us apart in the market,” Gudauskienė said.
Mantas Rimkus, KAITA Group’s new Head of Finance, brings over 20 years of experience in finance to the role. He identifies the rapid growth of co-living housing in expanding markets as a key motivator.
“With Youston developments already established in London, Prague, and Riga, we are poised for further growth. This allows us to position KAITA Group as an international company capable of competing with major players in all aspects of our business and increasing our market share in Europe,” said Rimkus.
