Sales Projects Manager
In this position, you will:
- Represent UAB “KAITA Group” – selling newly built and under construction projects, apartments, and commercial premises in Vilnius;
- Projects: www.haivo.lt; www.moodshome.lt, www.newton.lt, and others that we are planning;
- Conduct meetings with clients;
- Proactively meet customer expectations and suggest purchasing real estate that best meets their needs;
- Guide customers throughout the entire purchasing process – from reservation to notarial agreement.
What we expect:
- You have at least 2 years of successful work experience in real estate sales with real estate developers in active sales (work with the primary real estate market) and/or have completed real estate management studies and want to start working in this field;
- You understand and can adapt to customer needs to obtain information and answers as quickly as possible;
- You can communicate smoothly and confidently in writing, over the phone, and during face-to-face meetings;
- You have knowledge of real estate and are constantly interested in market changes and news;
- You have a B category driver’s license.

Salary:
1200-1500 €/month net.
