Construction contractor

How your workday will look like:

• Organizing construction works on-site and monitoring their execution;
• Ensuring the deadlines and quality of construction works;
• Filling out construction process documentation according to established company standards and legal regulations;
• Approving technical and construction technological solutions with clients or their representatives.

What we expect:

• Not less than 3 years of managerial experience in the construction of special structures;
• Qualification certificate of a construction manager for special structures;
• Knowledge of construction technological processes;
• Ability to lead teams performing physical work;
• Planning, organizing, and ensuring the supply of resources;
• Compliance with occupational safety standards throughout the construction process;
• Problem-solving skills, teamwork, communication skills;
• Driver’s license category B;
• Computer skills.

Salary:

1900-2300 €/month net.
